FOR YOUR HOME | VACATION RENTAL MANAGEMENT
For homeowners, it's peace of mind. You have a dedicated project manager to make sure your service needs are being met. What we don't do in house, we help you find the right fit. Our main focus is to make your property beautiful and to preserve it for years to come. For other maintenance needs, we have a network of preferred vendors to choose from. We help you both find each other and keep the scales balanced. No more endless searching online, or gaps in communication, or halfway complete jobs because you were either too busy or perhaps you weren't even in the country. We follow up on every job with our "white glove" service guarantee.
For short term vacation rentals, we provide services to the homeowner by helping them transition into the expectations of running a short term rental such as those you find on VRBO or AirBNB. That means marketing, budgeting, toiletries, cleanliness, timely turnovers, friendliness, and someone scrutinizing the property for damages incurred that your guest may be responsible for. However, if you fail to catch it, you'll be stuck paying for it later.
For Your Renters | CONCIERGE SERVICES
For your guests, we provide concierge services. This can include booking and coordinating the activities they want to do while they're renting. No one wants to spend endless hours searching for stuff to do, only to find out that word of mouth might have been better. Lake State Property can arrange a number of activities, from private guided fishing tours, to your own private chef, we can even arrange to have their shopping done ahead of time.

Many thanks to Stacy Blue of Lake State Property for her prompt response, access to resources and planning our Minnesota excursions. Stacy organized a four hour fishing expedition consisting of three fully equipped boats with professional guides for our family of ten. We caught lots of fish while enjoying the history and beauty of the Pequot Lakes.
Stacy also consigned a 5-star personal chef to come to our lodging at the gorgeous Wright Arts and Craft Estate to fry the fish and prepare a delicious plated meal from appetizers to desserts. Stacy even took photos and sent us a video of our time there. Unexpected pleasantries!! We would highly recommend Stacy Blue as a concierge. She has it all!
