We pre-screen all partners and businesses located in Crosslake, Pequot Lakes and surrounding communities in Crow Wing County who wish to participate. If the business requires state licensing, you will need to have that on file with the state and submit a copy of your license and insurance certificates prior to access to our services. If you're business is accepted, you will be enrolled in our network. There is no cost to join, just an excellent track record with superior service.

To Become a preferred Partner

Schedule an introductory call with Lake State Property by calling (218) 851-9090 to hear more about the service we provide and how we can benefit each other.

After our introductory call, you will be provided with a follow up questionnaire to better assist us in placing you with the right customers at the right time.

You will need to provide current state licensing information, qualifications, and a brief history of your company, your specialties and your key personnel, etc.

Have your insurance broker send a current certificate of insurance to contact@lakestateproperty.com

Please fill out the Request for Taxpayer Identification Number & Certification and bring it with you to the next scheduled meeting.
